Fees charged once per rent
These are added to every booking, on top of the nightly rate.
Kilometres included & extra km
Every rental includes 100 km per day in the nightly rate. If you also sell a bigger allowance, put its price here — the estimator then offers the visitor the choice and adds it to the total.
Rates per campervan
Priority for each night: closed date → calendar day price → season → standard rate. Seasons are date ranges (high, low, or any name you want). Closing dates works the same way as prices: Save here, then Download pricing.js and publish it — only then are the dates blocked for visitors.
How publishing works
- Save changes — publishes the prices/dates to the server straight away. They are stored outside the website files, so uploading a new version of the site can never reset them, and they are live for every visitor in about a minute.
- One-time setup (only if Save ever says “not published”): Cloudflare dashboard → your Pages project → Settings → Functions → KV namespace bindings → Add binding → variable name
COW_KV, create a namespace (e.g.cow-data) and save. That setting belongs to the project, not to an upload, so it survives every new version too. - Reload file discards local edits and goes back to the published prices. Download pricing.js is only a backup/export — you never need it to publish.
🔒 Access is by secret numeric code only — no email, no username, no login accounts. The code is not written in the page source (only its SHA-256 fingerprint is), and after 5 wrong attempts the form locks for 30 seconds. To change the code, edit CODE_HASH in assets/admin.js (instructions are in the comment right above it).
